Terms of Service

The service

IndexRocket pushes URLs you submit to search engines through IndexNow (Bing, Yandex, Naver and others) and records a submission receipt for each one — when it was pushed and what IndexNow answered. If a push fails after repeated attempts, the credit spent on it is refunded to your wallet automatically. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.

No guaranteed indexing

Indexing is the search engine's decision. No tool — including IndexRocket — can guarantee that a page will be indexed, or when. Google has no bulk submission API for general pages (its Indexing API only covers job-posting and broadcast pages), so for Google we do not fake a submission — submit your sitemap in Search Console and check indexation there. What we promise is the push and a receipt for it — never a guaranteed ranking or listing.

Credits and packs

1 credit = 1 URL submitted and pushed, with a submission receipt. Credits are sold as one-time point packs: $9 for 100 credits, $29 for 500 credits, $79 for 2,000 credits. New accounts receive 10 free credits on signup. Credits never expire. Resubmitting a URL that was refunded costs 1 credit again.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once — IndexRocket sells one-off point packs, not subscriptions, and will never charge you recurring fees. Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record. Your purchase is complete when the credits appear in your wallet; if our system fails to credit your wallet after a successful payment, we will fulfil it manually or refund you.

Accounts

You sign in with an email code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One account per person; do not share your login with others.

Acceptable use

Only submit URLs you own or have the right to submit. Do not use the service to push spam, unlawful content, or URLs that misrepresent someone else's site. Do not abuse the free checker or attempt to scrape, overload, or circumvent the service. We may refuse service, or suspend an account, for abuse.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
