Privacy Policy

What we collect

To run the service we collect only what is needed:

  • Your email address — your account identifier, used for sign-in codes and for the emails the service promises (push-failure refund notices). If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name on your Google account.
  • URLs you submit, and their push history and receipts — the core of the service.
  • Orders and wallet ledger entries — which pack you bought, for how much, and how credits moved.
  • Your last sign-in — the IP address and time of your most recent sign-in, for account security. It is never shared.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as merchant of record; Waffo receives the payment information needed to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Your email and submitted URLs are used solely to operate the service you asked for: pushing URLs, recording push receipts, and sending the login codes and status emails described above. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not share it with third parties other than the payment processor (for the purchase itself) and the email provider that delivers our messages.

Cookies

The site sets one strictly functional session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no third-party analytics that follow you across sites.

Retention

Account data, submitted URLs and orders are retained while your account is active so you can revisit your history and exports. Server logs are kept for a short rotation window for security and debugging.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it — submitted URLs, orders and wallet history — at any time by emailing support@indexrocket.clioos.com from your account email. We will confirm by reply once it is done. Note that deleting your account also removes any unused credits in it, so use or refund them first — see the Refund Policy.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
